TPA Sports is a high performance training facility located in Toronto, Ontario focusing on the development of youth and elite level athletes. Located inside of Canada’s premiere Canlan Ice Sports, York University, are two specialized training centers designed for individual and team training. TPA provides advanced training services to players ranging from minor hockey to the professional ranks. Our philosophy is based on a 360-degree approach to player development that integrates strength and conditioning, recovery strategies, nutrition, and mental skill preparation, allowing the athlete to maximize their potential. In addition to their Toronto training services, TPA is also the official Strength & Conditioning coach to Brampton Beast of the ECHL - affiliate team to the, Ottawa Senators (NHL), and are oprganizational partners to Maine Nordiques (NAHL), and the North York Storm (OWHA).

Adapt Goaltending is proud to be the official goaltending consultant and goaltending coach for the North York Storm Girls Hockey Association. The North York Storm are one of Ontario's premier associations for development in girls hockey. Adapt Goaltending continues to lead the association's goaltending development having done so since 2020.
